To book a session, go to “Book Now”, choose your destination and your selected session time. Upon receiving payment, we will send you an email confirmation.
How long is a session and how much does it cost?
Our sessions are two hours each and you can book as many sessions as you need. The price starts from US$300 to US$500 per session depending on the city you’ll be travelling to.
How long in advance should I book the shoot?
We suggest you to book at least two weeks in advance to ensure that you get your preferred time. However, as much as we try to accommodate last minute bookings, we would appreciate if you can book at least two days in advance.
Can I choose the photographers I want?
We assign our previously curated photographers based on availability, so unfortunately, choosing a particular photographer is not an option. But rest assured, all our photographers have been carefully selected. We promise you that they’re friendly and reliable and they will deliver great results!
What if it rains on the day of the shoot?
Then that would be the best time to take out your best umbrella and have lots of fun dancing in the rain. But.. if you’re not up for that, we’ll try our best to reschedule your session for another time. Here’s a tip though, check the weather forecast at your destination three days prior to your shoot date. If the weather doesn’t permit you to be outside, please contact our Client Relations.
What’s a good place to take pictures?
Our photographers can suggest to you the best spots in the city. They’re local, so they’ll know the way! If you already have some ideas in mind, please let us know.
What should I wear?
Basically, you can wear anything you’re comfortable in and we believe that you’ll look great. Please consider the weather condition in the cities to which you’re travelling, and that we do not provide makeup or hairdo.
How many people can join in the photo session?
Wish we can say “As much as you want!” but we know that any more than 15 people will make the session less effective. For best result, have a maximum of fifteen people in the group.
How will I meet my photographer?
We will assign a photographer within three days after your booking. Then you will receive an email with your photographer’s contact details. You can contact him directly and discuss a meeting point.
What if I’m running late?
Please text or call your photographer if you are delayed. Because your photographer might have another session afterwards. Any time that has passed will be forfeited and you may shoot for the remaining time.
When will my pictures be ready?
Your photos will be ready to be downloaded three (business) days after your photo session. When they’re ready, you will receive an email, then you can login into your SweetEscape account and view your pictures in the online gallery.
How many pictures can I download?
You can download up to 40 photos. You can even re-download the same photos on different devices. And if have a hard time picking out just forty, you can always download additional photos for $10 each. However, unfortunately, the photos you have already downloaded cannot be cancelled.
How will the photos be edited?
The photos that will be ready to be downloaded will be lightly edited with color adjustments.
What size are the photos?
In the online gallery, you can download high-resolution photos (3300 by 2200 px), large enough to be printed in a 60x90 cm canvas.
What format will the photos be in?
The downloadable photos will be in JPEG. We apologize in advance for we are unable to give out raw or unedited files.
Will my pictures be shared?
We love to feature our clients photos and our photographers’ works on our blog or social media channels. However if you prefer to keep it private, please let us know in advance.
