One particular place that we can’t enough of when it comes to random photogenic places is in Seoul. The capital of South Korea is a playground for us photographers who are looking to aim our lenses at the next charming object and perfect landscapes.

While its iconic landmarks such as holy shrines, royal palaces and vast gardens infatuate us, Seoul also surprises us with its ever glowing and vibrant street culture. These bustling streets glitter under the enigmatic city lights and are dotted with various attractions, from saliva-inducing street food to quaint adornments hidden on the side of the road.

There are many ‘seoul-ful’ streets and neighborhoods that we love to take advantage of. Each area has its own distinct characteristics, revealing a photogenic spot one stroll at a time.

Among our favorites are Insa-dong, the street where both old traditions and modern concepts blend seamlessly for a culturistic afternoon walk and Cheongdam-dong, an elite fashion district just few steps away from the Agpujong Station lined with flagship stores of various designer brands.

There is also Garugo-sil Street aka the “ tree-line street” where endless rows of Gingko trees decorate the area with a palpable metropolitan vibe. It also houses some of the most contemporary art galleries. Then there is Myeong-dong, a tourist-favorite where shopping is the main pulse and endless food street await.
