September is probably the best time to travel all around although it is not a travel season. But that is exactly why you should pack your bags in the ninth month of the year.
September sees most travelers going back home to their daily routine as the holiday season has come to an end. So it is back to work, back to school, and back to reality. Holiday service providers, therefore, will decrease prices because of the low demand. You should take advantage of this since it will save you money.
Since the peak season lies in other months, you will see fewer people in most tourist places in September. This means more room to breathe and more space to move around so you won’t feel overwhelmed by the locals and visitors. You also don’t have to stand in long queues to enter a place or get on attractions or buy ice cream!
If you go to the north part of the equator such as Europe, North America, and China, you will enjoy the autumn season. It is perfect for those who love seeing the warm colours of the trees and the falling leaves. The weather will be cool and windy, perfect for those who can’t stand the heat, but don’t want to be frozen in winter either. Meanwhile, the lower half of the equator will experience the beginning of spring. In Australia and New Zealand, winter has just ended but you can still play in snow in the mountains, while in the cities you will see flowers starting to bloom and the sun saying hello. In other countries, the air is cooler just before the rainy season starts.
September has nice weather generally, so you can travel lighter. This means you don’t have to bring heavy winter clothes. You can wear skirts, shorts, T-shirts to most places in the world. This also means you don’t have to pay for the extra weight at the airport. Yay!
What are you waiting for? There are only 30 days in September, so you better hurry!
