Last November 19, 2019, SweetEscape, together with several members of the media as well as social media influencers and bloggers went on a photo walk in one of the country’s top cities, Makati. This photo walk was an opportunity for SweetEscape to raise further awareness on how SweetEscape sessions are booked, how photography sessions are done, how quickly one can have access to edited photos via SweetEscape’s website or app, and how professional the photographers are.

We visited 3 of Makati’s popular destinations and gave the Media and social media Influencers the SweetEscape Experience. Our first stop was at Z Hostel. Z Hostel is part of a new breed of hostels opening around the world that combines a higher standard of accommodation with a fun, social atmosphere. We took our guests to the Z Roofdeck Bar which gave us incredible views of the city during our shoot.

Next, we took advantage of even more cityline views as we brought or guests to Kartel Rooftop Bar which offered us an amazing sunset lighting. Awarded by the City Weekend Reader’s Choice Award 2017 as “Outstanding Wine Bar”, the Kartel, opened for years in Shanghai, finally landed in Manila, Philippines, in a magical setting: a rooftop terrace offering a 360-degree view over the trendy neighborhoods of Makati.

Lastly, the media and social media influencers finished the photography session at the Third Floor which is a 100% private space, created for events and other special occasions with its own open kitchen, lounge area, and a long communal table where our guests were treated to a sumptuous dinner with SweetEscape Co-Founder & COO, Emile Etienne, together with current SweetEscape Head of Marketing, Sabrina Soesilo and the rest of the SweetEscape Philippines team.
