Free cancellation request will be applied if you submit your request by at maximum 96 hours (4 days) before your initial photoshoot date.
Cancellation requests made between 72 hours (3 days) and 48 hours (2 days), payment will be refunded 50% to the form of SweetEscape credit.
Cancellation requests made under 48 hours (2 days) will be non refundable.
The date calculation will refer to the city where your photoshoot happens.
Any fee required for the cancellation process will deduct the refund amount.
If you pay for your photoshoot using a gift card, it will be reactivated as long as the cancellation was requested within the free cancellation period and based on the validity of your gift card.
If you pay for your photoshoot using a gift card completely, but the cancellation request is made outside of the free cancellation period, we’ll require you to pay the cancellation penalty charge (if any) then we will help to reactivate the gift card .
If you pay your photoshoot using a gift card partially:
If penalty charge is larger than the non-gift card payment amount, we’d require you to transfer the cancellation penalty charge to proceed.
If penalty charge is smaller than the non-gift card payment amount, we’d charge the penalty to your non-gift card payment amount.
Cancellation request is free if it happens due to circumstances coming from our photographer and/or force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, death)
