Business Development Manager

In this role, you will be required to develop new exciting strategic partnerships for both B2B/B2G distribution channels and solutions, scale existing relationships and partnerships, while implementing measurable strategies that increase revenue. Your main task is to exponentially grow the number of photography users in SweetEscape and optimize their conversion and repeat rate through the funnel, while minimizing the acquisition cost to gain the highest ROI possible. Needless to say, if those are the challenges you seek, we’d love to have you on the team!

Responsibilities
  • Establish leads and work with brands / clients from various industries to increase the number of users at SweetEscape
  • Create and maintain good relationship with new and existing partners, to help build and grow bookings / clients through various channels.
  • Meet and manage sales targets set by the business as part of the Business Development Management role and approved by the business
  • Work with internal team (content team, design team, KOL, digital marketing team, Ops team, editor team and IT team) to ensure smooth execution and maximize partnership as needed
  • Take initiative and ownership of your project end to end (pitching, negotiating, contract, execution, measurement)
  • Work with product team by giving feedback or input to optimize partnerships and execution process
  • Measure ROI of each deal and share the learning report with the team
Requirements
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in Digital Media or Digital Agency industry especially in sales and business development area
  • Strong network – which we rely to expanding our business
  • Communication skill - know how to write and present professionally
  • Upbringing - be mindful and always represent the SweetEscape brand well in working environment
  • Independent - you need to be able to take calculated decision and risk taking even when you are not under supervision
