2. More than 48 hours and less than 96 hours (2–4 days) before, your reschedule request will incur a 25% penalty fee of your total booked price. The new date is subject to photographer availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Within 48 hours (2 days) or less before, your reschedule request will incur a 50% penalty fee of your total booked price. The new date is subject to photographer availability and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Reschedule requests are free if caused by circumstances from your SweetEscape photographer or by force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, or death of an immediate family member).
5. You may reschedule once only. A definite new date must be provided when submitting your request; otherwise it cannot be processed.
6. Date calculation refers to the city where your photoshoot takes place.
