Free reschedule request will be applied if you submit your request at maximum 96 hours (4 days) before your initial photoshoot date.
Between 72 hours (3 days) and 48 hours (2 days), your reschedule request will be free if the existing photographer that is assigned to you is available. If the assigned photographer is unavailable, SweetEscape will find another photographer with a reschedule fee of 25% (calculated from the published city price).
Photoshoot under 48 hours (2 days) away cannot be rescheduled any longer.
The date calculation will refer to the city where your photoshoot happens.
Reschedule request is free if it happens due to circumstances coming from our photographer and/or force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, death).
Clients need to have a definite new schedule before submitting the reschedule request, otherwise it cannot be processed (only applicable for one time).
