Regional Digital Marketing Manager

In this exciting new role, you will be required to lead digital marketing team and collaborate with a uniquely diverse stakeholder in developing a global digital marketing strategy to implement measurable strategies that profitably increase revenue and grow the brand. Your main task is to exponentially grow the number of users in SweetEscape and optimize their conversion and repeat rate through the funnel, while minimizing the acquisition cost to gain the highest ROI possible. Needless to say if those are the challenges you seek, we’d love to have you on the team! 

Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Provide guidance to the company as to how Digital Marketing can contribute in accelerating the growth in awareness, consideration, and conversion of SweetEscape brand
  • Develop strategy, tactics, plan for Digital Marketing for 2019 in ID, PH and other countries we’re targeting to tap into
  • Set KPI and measurement of success for each respective campaign and roles
  • Manage Digital Marketing team in ID, PH, and other countries to be able to achieve the target set for the year
  • Support the annual and seasonal marketing campaigns through Digital Marketing initiatives
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports reports & analysis on all digital marketing initiatives 
  • Summarize insights and conversations with stakeholders to create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance marketing
  • Analyze and report on digital trends to provide insights for the team
  • Build a solid reputation of SweetEscape in the digital sphere according to the brand values, vision and mission
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Digital Strategy
  • Independent, yet a strong team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written
  • Strong command of English: verbal and written
  • Own deep understanding of the use of various digital platforms in generating results in awareness, consideration and conversions
  • Possess the experience managing Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing team
  • Own leadership skills to develop the team
