What To Do After Booking Wedding Photo Shoot

Book Your Virtual Photo Shoot
Our CS will personally contact you to arrange your virtual shoot session.

Download Our App
After you get the email confirmation, you'll be notified once a photographer has been assigned. You can get to know your photographer by chatting in our app and download the photos after the photo shoot.

Chat with Photographer
You can get to know your photographer before your photo shoot by going to your Photo Session Detail in ”My Moments” menu and tap on your photographer's profile. Tap

Download The Photos
Once your session ends, you'll be notified if your photos is ready in 48 hours. You can download your photos by going to your Album in ”My Moment” menu. Tap 
to choose your favorite photos and tap ”Continue” button. Confirm your download and enjoy your photos!

The unique code is valid from 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2021

Photography sessions must be completed between 1 October 2020 and January 2022
3.
Full, non-refundable pre-payment is required at least 48 hours prior to scheduled photoshoot in order to confirm the booking
4.
Valid for 2-hour photography sessions only, at participating Hilton properties in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines
5.
You must meet your SweetEscape photographer in the Hilton hotel lobby at the specified date and time
6.
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products
7.
The discounted amount and 20 additional image downloads in non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount, gift cards or voucher codes

Eligible customers cannot give away their free virtual photoshoot to someone else

In the case of inclement weather, SweetEscape will make every effort to reschedule but additional fees may be incurred and it is subject to availability. No refund will be issued

Transportation to shoot locations will be at guest's own expense, unless otherwise agreed in advance between the guest and photographer
