B2B Partnership Manager

Your main task is to exponentially grow the number of clients (Business) in SweetEscape and optimize their conversion and repeat rate through the funnel, while minimizing the acquisition cost to gain the highest ROI possible

Responsibilities
  1. Pitch and close deals SweetEscape for Business to as many potential companies as possible to reach your KPI of number of orders

  2. Take initiative and ownership of your project end to end (pitching, negotiating, contract, execution, measurement)

  3. Create internal promotion/campaigns to grow the number of users in SweetEscape

  4. Work with product team by giving feedback or input to optimize partnership and promotion process

  5. Measure ROI of each marketing/partnership effort and share the learning report with the team

Requirements
  • English language

  • Communication skill - know how to write and present professionally

  • Upbringing -  be mindful and always represent the SweetEscape brand well in working environment

  • Independent - you need to be able to take calculated decision and risk taking even when you are not under supervision

  • Learn and master Mailchimp, basic Google Analytics, and other tools necessary for the job
