CRM Specialist

In this exciting role, you will be part of the marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing prospect and lead nurturing campaigns across platforms to improve customer retention and increase lifetime value. Needless to say if those are the challenges you seek, we’d love to have you on the team!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategy, tactics, plan for SweetEscape’s CRM

  • Conceptualize and launch periodic campaigns using multiple platforms

  • Set KPI and measurement of success for each respective initiatives

  • Own each initiative from end-to-end (planning, organizing, monitoring, evaluation)

  • Analyze and optimize campaign results, produce weekly/monthly reports for internal teams to fuel insights development

  • Support the annual and seasonal marketing campaigns through CRM activation

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with relevant stakeholders

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management

  • Independent, yet a strong team player

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written

  • Strong command of English: verbal and written
