In this exciting role, you will be part of the marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing prospect and lead nurturing campaigns across platforms to improve customer retention and increase lifetime value. Develop and implement strategy, tactics, plan for SweetEscape’s CRM
Conceptualize and launch periodic campaigns using multiple platforms
Set KPI and measurement of success for each respective initiatives
Own each initiative from end-to-end (planning, organizing, monitoring, evaluation)
Analyze and optimize campaign results, produce weekly/monthly reports for internal teams to fuel insights development
Support the annual and seasonal marketing campaigns through CRM activation
Establish and maintain good relationship with relevant stakeholders
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
