Influencers Marketing Manager

Thanks to the strong network of 1,000 influencers from all over the world, SweetEscape brand has grown tremendously since it first started in 2016. Moving forward, SweetEscape will continue to grow its influencersnetwork and business to many more countries in Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia and USA, hence we’re looking for a person that would enable us to tap into multiple markets and contribute to its growth. 

Responsibilities
  • Build strategy in implementing influencers marketing to support overall marketing & sales goals
  • Develop and execute influencers marketing projects for the purpose of brand awareness, consideration, conversion from end-to-end (planning, organizing, executing, monitoring, evaluating) including but not limited to: exploring different types of influencers engagement and output; identifying marketing opportunities for brand promotions; developing content plan for influencers engagement; developing report for all engagements
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with the existing network of influencers and potential ones
  • Support the annual and seasonal marketing campaigns through influencers engagement
  • Work with various departments to develop appropriate content, if required 
  • Produce social media listening and engagement reports for internal and external teams to fuel insight development
  • Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance 
  • Analyze and report on social community trending (pre and post) promotional launches to key internal stakeholders 
Requirements
  • Independent, yet strong team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written
  • Strong command of English: verbal and written
  • Strong management skills, good attention to details
  • Min. of 4-6 years of experience in influencers marketing / community management / public relations
  • Own deep understanding of the online communities and social media trend
  • Has good influencer’s connection in relevant industries 
  • Has experience managing Influencer's from end to end (selection, contacting, building relationship, etc.)
