VP of Marketing

In this exciting new role, you will be required to lead marketing team and collaborate with a uniquely diverse stakeholder in developing a global marketing strategy to implement measurable strategies that profitably increase revenue and grow the brand. Your main task is to exponentially grow the number of users in SweetEscape and optimize their conversion and repeat rate through the funnel, while minimizing the acquisition cost to gain the highest ROI possible. Needless to say if those are the challenges you seek, we’d love to have you on the team! 

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach the marketing team which consists of the Partnership, Public Relations, KOL, Digital Marketing, Content and Design teams 
  • Developing a global marketing strategy by translating a strategic level decision into actionable quarterly targets and leveraging initiatives such as product launch events to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. 
  • Budgeting, forecasting and optimizing marketing spend (marketing budget) across all channels using a data-driven methodology while collaborating with creative leaders in doing so. 
  • Managing and ensuring an effective and optimized use of marketing platforms, business intelligence dashboards and automation tools, ensuring effective and optimized us. 
  • Collaborate with media planning/buying agency to ensure scalable marketing capabilities in line with SweetEscape’s growth plans 
  • Ensure timely and appropriate communications and enablement on marketing programs, campaigns and resources to internal teams and key stakeholders 
  • Help in crafting a strong employer brand to attract top tier talent. 
Requirements
  • Deep, demonstrable understanding of marketing strategy development, execution for new and existing brands, and ability to plan effective promotions. 
  • Excellent visual, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. 
  • International background or exposure: worked more than 5 years overseas.     
  • 10 years’ work experience. Minimum 5 years in International marketing.  
  • An entrepreneurial, agile, and a creative mindset. 
  • Bachelors’ degree required (Master’s Degree preferred). 
  • Fluent in English
