Your main task is to guide clients every step of the way and make sure they have a pleasant experience with SweetEscape. You will represent the brand throughout your interactions with clients, online and offline. You are excited at moving a mile a minute and are comfortable in an “all hands-on deck” environment. The clients' happiness and satisfaction is your number one priority.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Recruit new photographers in new and existing cities to make sure all destinations are covered
Assign and set schedule for photographers according to clients’ booking orders
Provide feedback to photographers on a regular basis
Inform photographers of new programs/training sessions to keep photographers up to date on company regulations and initiatives
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written English
Able to multi-task, work with priorities, and effective time management
Interview skills
