HR Recruiter
In this exciting role, you will be part of the HR team. You will be responsible in getting the best talents to build a world class products and working with candidates through all phases of the recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates. Needless to say if those are the challenges you seek, we’d love to have you on the team!
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates to fit vacant positions.
- Doing background and competency checks of candidates.
- Build relationships with Universities/communities to maintain applicant sources.
- Arrange and schedule interviews, starting from the screening process to User interviews.
- Conduct negotiations regarding offers and employment details.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years experience as recruiter
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
- Negotiation skills
- Able to work with a tight deadline
- Good organization and administrative skills
