Provide guidance to the company as to how PR can contribute in accelerating the growth in awareness, consideration, and conversion of SweetEscape brand
Develop and implement strategy, tactics, plan for media & community relations and partnership in Indonesia
Set KPI and measurement of success for each respective campaign
Own each campaign end-to-end (planning, organizing, monitoring, evaluation)
Support the annual and seasonal marketing campaigns through media and community engagement
Produce media coverage and engagement reports for internal and external teams to fuel insight developments
Build a solid reputation of SweetEscape through its external engagement with media and community
Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations / Community Management

Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills: verbal and written
Strong command of English: verbal and written
Own deep understanding of the media and community in Indonesia
Own extensive network of media and community in Indonesia
Possess the experience representing brand through PR and manage projects from end-to-end
