Actually I do my work outs not just to prepare me for holidays. I view my work outs and exercises as long term health investments. The bonus for me is to have my 'Summer Body' all year long! However, I do some extra preparation if I know that I'm going to the beach for holiday. I eat cleaner and focus my exercises to tone my abs and legs. I also keep myself hydrated and have enough rest.
Holiday is the time fory ou to eat everything and anything you want! I don't believe on diet during holiday. However, I still set aside some 30 minutes in the morning for my daily work out. I also prefer to go around my holiday destination on foot! It's a good exercise that you can do without setting aside any special time. Of course, always bring your trusted water bottle with you every where you go so that your body is not dehydrated.
I would eat one portion of salad every morning. You can make your own dressing to keep it healthy and clean! I myself personally like my salad dressing to be olive oil, lemon, and sea salt. I always drink fruit juices in the morning, and sometimes jamu to keep myself fit and fresh.
