2. Pride in London, England

by Carolina C for SweetEscape in Paris

Celebrating 50 years since the birth of the modern LGBT rights movement, the London pride event is most certainly considered one of the seniors within the world of the LGBT pride event. The Brits dedicated one entire month for their fellow LGBT members, and with that comes the many events that can be attended to support the movement. To make it even more fun and intimate (in a connection kind of way), attendees are to flaunt LGBT symbols on their attire for a more unified effect. Historic buildings and festive colorful marching parades are definitely a rare combo. Where else would you find this? Before making your way back home from the Land of Hope and Glory, we highly recommend this sight-to-see.

Last but most definitely not least, let's show some love to our fellow Asian country, Taiwan, for being the first Asian country to legalize LGBT and same-sex marriage. Given the name Asia's No. 1 Gay Pride Parade and Party, the Taiwanese definitely know how to celebrate the gay culture to a great distance. From lively marches throughout the streets of Taipei to club parties fully equipped with famous DJs from around the world, celebrating gay pride in this event will surely be greatly remembered.
