My family is very traditional, so during Holy Week, we usually stay in the Philippines and observe church services. It’s very rare that we go on holiday to places far away during holy week.
My family, boyfriend and I love travelling, but during the Holy Week since we really want to stay in the Philippines and to observe church services, then Baguio is a good place to go. It's beautiful and we can still observe church services there. In fact, we love to go to Baguio every chance we get, not just on the Holy Week!
When I was younger, we would have family lunch and my cousins and I would hunt for easter eggs. My cousins and I are very close and we all grew up together so those fun times in our childhood were really memorable to me!

Honestly I don't think there's such a thing as a 'Summer Body'. You'd want to keep your body healthy and fit consistenly all year round. But I think how you keep your body consistently healthy and fit is really by having a good balance of consistent work out and a balanced diet; not depriving yourselves of anything but not indulging too much on good food as well.
Of course when you are on holidays or vacations, you really should maximize the whole experience of wherever you are, so you should not deprive yourselves of any experience–including food–, but as I mentioned before, you should also not indulge yourselves too much. It's all about balance. For example, if you know that you're going to have a big meal that night, do a lot of activities like walking or working out in the hotel for 30-45 mins in the next morning. You should not even do it everyday, doing some workout every other day is enough. Basically, watch what you eat; it's all about balance.
Water! Wherever you go, bring water with you. I had to learn this the hard way because I was on vacation last year and I fainted out of dehydration. I didn't realize that I didn't have enough water. So wherever you go, fill up a water bottle with you, and keep yourself hydrated.
