If you were planning a getaway with your best friends, which destination would you choose to go to? Although they’ve been there before many times before, Janina Manipol chose to escape to the Big Apple.

“The three of us love traveling and we thought that New York City would satisfy all our needs - be it for food or exciting experience in general. Even though we’ve been there before, there were still so many things that we haven’t tried and places we haven’t seen. In fact, we experienced a lot of “firsts” during this trip. One day, we took an open-door helicopter ride overlooking the whole city. We spent another day walking around Brooklyn and seeing the sights, as Yunika, our SweetEscape photographer, captured our moments. We were so happy that we got to do all those things because trips like these happen only once in a while, since we’re so busy and our schedules don’t usually match.”
