Of course, the most famous mode of transportation in Bangkok are Tuk-Tuks. These Thai-equivalent of Indonesia's bajaj can be found everywhere around the city. However, sometimes when you want to visit places that are of quite some distance away from where you're staying, relying on Tuk-Tuks alone is not enough. Try riding the Bangkok BTS mass rapid transit system, which will practically take you anywhere, or take bus and ferries to reach further places. To avoid the queue in stations and terminals, buy your tickets online beforehand.
Like Indonesia, Thailand is a tropical country. Although the weather is usually nice, this also means that the sun is shining aplenty and sometimes mosquitoes might attack you. To tackle this issue, simply apply a good amount of sunscreen with enough SPFs for you skin, and use mosquito repellent sprays before you go, especially before hunting for street food on the evening! Wearing long sleeved tops and trousers can also be another option to protect yourselves from mosquito bites.
Bangkok is famous for its' street food! From the famed Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai, to Young Papaya Salad and Crab Omelette, to mouthwatering desserts such as Mango Sticky Rice and Candied Cassava, and literally hundreds of other dishes, the streets of Bangkok is filled with good food, and most of them are available practically anywhere in the city. However, Thai food is generally spicy and rich in coconut milk, and sometimes our stomachs are not used to this. Don't forget to bring your preferred gastric medicines to make sure that your Thai street food experience is uninterrupted by stomach ache.
Speaking about street food, more often than not the full experience of enjoying these delicious treats using our own hands, not fork and spoon. However, since tissue and soap isn't always available in public places in Thailand, do remember to bring your own travel-sized tissue and hand sanitizer. It will help you avoid getting diarrhea, and will ensure that you can enjoy all the street food without worrying about all the mess.

Fitness enthusiast and instructor Lexi Gancayco shared her healthy tips to prepare yourselves to welcome summer!
Honestly I don't think there's such a thing as a 'Summer Body'. You'd want to keep your body healthy and fit consistenly all year round. But I think how you keep your body consistently healthy and fit is really by having a good balance of consistent work out and a balanced diet; not depriving yourselves of anything but not indulging too much on good food as well.
Of course when you are on holidays or vacations, you really should maximize the whole experience of wherever you are, so you should not deprive yourselves of any experience–including food–, but as I mentioned before, you should also not indulge yourselves too much. It's all about balance. For example, if you know that you're going to have a big meal that night, do a lot of activities like walking or working out in the hotel for 30-45 mins in the next morning. You should not even do it everyday, doing some workout every other day is enough. Basically, watch what you eat; it's all about balance.
Water! Wherever you go, bring water with you. I had to learn this the hard way because I was on vacation last year and I fainted out of dehydration. I didn't realize that I didn't have enough water. So wherever you go, fill up a water bottle with you, and keep yourself hydrated.
